Founded in 2000 by Reta
Haedicke, President of the Arena Consulting Group, brings with him experience as the EVP, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Fortune 500 retailer/wholesaler Nash Finch, EVP/Chief Operating Officer for OneSource (a provider of third party warehousing and a division of C&S Wholesale Grocers), Vice President of Finance and ECR at Kraft Foods, Director of Activity Based Costing at The Coca-Cola Company and Controller of Manufacturing for the Hughes Aircraft Company.
He also served for several years as Co-Chair of the grocery industry’s initiative on ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) where he worked with firms such as Procter and Gamble, Pepsi, Unilever, Kraft Foods, General Mills, HEB, Spartan, Wegman’s and SuperValu in developing the concepts of Activity Based Costing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Category Management, Continuous Replenishment (CRP), and Consolidation Warehousing. In addition, he has served on boards for DemandTec, Michigan State University, and the World Bank.
His educational background includes: a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Michigan State University; a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University; a MBA from the University of Michigan; PhD coursework at the Drucker Center of Claremont University and graduation from Coca-Cola University.
